Project Name: Beach Side Refurbishment
Location: Wildflower St, Sunshine Beach QLD
Project Length: 6 Months finished March 2006
Project Notes: 1970's style beach side house, requiring full refurbishment. Attention to almost all areas and surfaces were required by the client to create a fresh, new and modern look.

Walls were removed to open up living areas. Deck areas were re figured to gain better use of the outdoors and new sliding louver windows and bi fold doors to take advantage of the ocean breezes. Rendering of the exterior brickwork gave the whole building a clean new look.
